How to track your parcel
- Check your inbox. As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Follow the link. It takes you straight to the carrier's tracking page, where you can see the most recent scan and the expected delivery date.
- Cannot find the email? Have a look in your spam or promotions folder — dispatch confirmations sometimes land there.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days. Once your parcel is on its way you will receive a tracking link by email; please allow up to 24 hours after collection for the first scan to appear.
Has your tracking gone quiet?
If there has been no update a week after your dispatch confirmation, get in touch with your order number and we will chase it up for you.
